*Privacy ~~ All information given to Automotive Tool Express is not shared in any way. Although, from time to time News Letters may be e-mailed informing customers of up-coming sales, your information still stays with us. If at any time you wish to be removed from our "e-mail" mailing list, please inform us.  This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  All information from orders received is used for filling your request, and a copy is kept for business/tax purposes only. Again, NONE of your information is not shared!

*Shipping ~~ Most orders are shipped via: FedEx, UPS or DHL Ground.  Orders are usually filled and shipped within 24 hours! (weekdays - Weekends don't count!  Late Friday orders are shipped on Monday excluding Holiday's) (2pm Eastern for 2nd Day & Next Day requests).  From time to time there may be a delay (usually 3-5 business days) in shipment due to availability of product and or it's accessories. If an item is backordered, you will be informed of an approximate ship date. All Customers orders are shipped Insured and are given a FedEx, UPS & or a USPS tracking # for location, and if available the shipping length (time). However, at times USPS ship method may be used. PLEASE NOTE: *FedEx, UPS or DHL will not ship to PO Boxes or to Military addresses - USPS will be used for those deliveries as well as: Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Virgin Islands & Mexico = call for price.  Products on this site are available for delivery to addresses to the 48 Contiguous United States - only.  If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the 48 Contiguous United States, please call 1-717-632-VISE for any additional information that is needed.  All prices are in U.S. dollars.  DO NOT accept any package that appears to have been tampered or opened or damaged.  Keep your packing slip and container it was shipped in for possible inspection.  If this does occur, please notify "US" at info@autotoolexpress.com or call 717.632.8473 immediately.  If you live in an apartment building or where packages are at risk of being stolen, a "signature required" is more than likely to be requested.  This is an option in the order process where you have an option for your order to be shipped to your place of employment.  *Shipping methods are subject to change without notice!

*Pricing ~~ Due to specials and availability of product pricing, configurations may change at any time. Due to advertisement being prepared in advance, Automotive Tool Express is not responsible for typographical or Pictorial Errors and have the right to refuse or cancel "any" order (s) or delivery (s) at any item for any reason 'including in the event of pricing errors'.  This decision is at our discretion.

*Return Policy / Guarantee ~~ If you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased:  Products must be returned within 3 days of date received for the full credit of item (s) purchased (shipping fees are non-refundable). **You must obtain an 'RGA' Number (Return Authorization) before sending products back for credit. This Number must accompany the product for proper credits to be applied without delay. All products must be "unused" and sent back in it's original package, and must be insured for shipment at your expense. A restocking fee may be deducted. DO NOT accept any package that appears to have been tampered or opened or damaged. Keep your original packing for possible inspection. If this problem does occur, please notify us at info@autotoolexpress.com.

*Warranty ~~ Automotive Tool Express honors the Manufacturer warranties & will abide by the said manufacturer requirements to have products serviced for warranty.  There are products distributed from Automotive Tool Express that need to be sent for service directly to the manufacturer of said products in order to avoid terminating said warranty.  You are responsible for all shipping fees to and from in the warranty process.
